2、分子量：无水82.03；三水：136.084.
3、性能：无色无味的结晶体，在空气中可被风化，可燃。易溶于水，微溶于乙醇，不溶于乙醚。123℃时失去结晶水。
4、用途: 药品等级的醋酸钠可用于血液透析的制备和腹膜透析液及胰岛素和输液液体的生产。醋酸钠作为聚合催化剂在制革、纺织印染、在摄影等产业有广泛应用。醋酸钠也可用于保存加工过的肉类，它常被用在与其他酸的组合防腐剂如乳酸和丙酸酯。
5、包装：外袋为编织袋或牛皮纸袋，内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，每袋净重25kg。
