  1、分子式:C4H6CaO4 / Ca(CH3COO)2
  2、分子量:158.17
  3、性能:白色松散细粉。无臭。味微苦。易吸潮。加热至160℃分解成CaCO3和丙酮。易溶于水。微溶于乙醇。
  4、用途: 在食品工业中作抗霉菌剂、面团调节剂、缓冲剂、固化剂、营养增补剂、螯合剂等。如用作焙制品、糕点膨松剂,面包、饼干的助酵剂、果胶固化剂(凝胶作用),酵母食料肉类制品组织改进剂等。用于酿造,可增加糖化力,提高发酵能力。
  5、包装:外袋为编织袋或牛皮纸袋,内衬聚乙烯塑料袋,每袋净重25kg。
  6、储存:储存于干燥,清洁,阴凉,通风处。运输时,轻装轻卸,不得与有害,有毒和易污染物品混合装运,严防雨淋,曝晒。
