  3、性能:白色至浅黄色鳞片状结晶、结晶性粉末或呈粒状。无臭或微臭。长期存放于空气中易吸潮并氧化分解而着色。山梨酸钾对热稳定性较好,分解温度高达270℃。
  4、用途:属酸性防腐剂,能有效地抑制霉菌,酵母菌和好氧性细菌的活性,从而达到有效地延长食品的保存时间,并保持原有食品的风味。在接近中性(PH6.0-6.5)的食品中仍有较好的防腐作用。主要用作食品防腐剂,还可广泛用于饮料、酱菜、烟草、医药、化妆品、农产品、宠物家禽饲料等行业中。
  5、包装:外袋为编织袋或牛皮纸袋,内衬聚乙烯塑料袋,每袋净重25kg。
  6、储存:存储在一个密封容器在阴凉,干燥,通风良好的区域。避免接触热量和湿气。
